Martenweave consulting helps delivery teams establish a practical model and evidence layer around the work they already have: mappings, extracts, validation reports, tickets, decisions, and SAP context.

Where we help

• SAP migration: establish a model baseline, test mapping and dataset assumptions early, and make readiness exceptions reviewable.
• MDM and MDG delivery: keep business definitions, configuration intent, mapping rules, and local exceptions connected without claiming to replace the platform.

How we work

We begin with a bounded model slice and a concrete decision or delivery risk. We then make the evidence and relationships inspectable, run deterministic checks, and help the team review a small number of high-value findings. The objective is a reusable controlled workflow, not a slide deck detached from delivery.
